  • Priority Post shipping is free on all orders over $50.00 to anywhere in the U.S. including Military APO/FPO Boxes. 
  • Does not apply to orders over 50 Lbs. or oversize bulk shipments.  Free shipping coverage to a maximum of $50.00 (e.g. if shipping cost is $65.00 CAD you will be billed for $15.00). 
  • $10 shipping charge for purchases totaling less than $50.00 after coupons.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
 
Overnight and 2-day shipping is available through Purolator/Airborne Courier only (excluding APO/FPO Boxes & PO Boxes). All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. You can view schedules and transit times for your delivery ZIP code by visiting the Purolator web-site. All orders must be received by 12PM EST.
 
Handling Fee
 
All orders are subject to a 5% Handling Fee.  This charge covers packaging and labor.
 
Order Tracking
 

Upon shipment cx360.org will notify you of your Tracking Number (if applicable) via e-mail from our Customer Service Department.

Most products ship within 48 hours of order placement.
